Micro Cycloidal Gear & Pin Gear Ring

Our micro cycloidal gears and pin gear rings are core transmission parts specially engineered for miniature precision cycloidal reducers. With profile accuracy controlled within 0.005 mm, these tiny gear components deliver stable low-backlash transmission for compact robotic joints, medical actuators, optical devices and semiconductor automation systems.

We produce these micro gear parts using Wire EDM Metal Components fabrication process. Traditional machining methods often struggle with fine internal teeth and thin-wall structures, causing tooth profile deformation and poor consistency. Slow wire electrical discharge machining enables precise contour cutting, smooth tooth surface finish and tight tolerance control, which is ideal for manufacturing these complex miniature transmission workpieces.

These cycloidal gear assemblies belong to high-grade Precision Micro Components. Every tooth profile, roundness and surface quality is strictly inspected. Minor flaws on the gear surface will increase backlash, noise and abrasion during continuous running. Our Shenzhen factory manages the full production process: raw material screening, wire EDM cutting, heat treatment and final dimensional inspection. Finished products are packed in anti-shock foam storage boxes to protect the delicate micro gears during delivery.

Custom Precision Tooling & Fixtures are developed in-house for the machining procedure. Custom jigs securely clamp thin, easily deformed workpieces and reduce clamping stress in cutting operations. This is critical to maintain consistent precision, to keep profile accuracy ≤0.005 mm across prototypes and small batch orders.
